Method of harvesting: manual in large crates suitable for delicate handling of the grapes

Vinification: same day destemming of the grapes and filling
of the stainless steel thermotanks with the crushed grapes.
The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are induced
with selected company yeasts and bacteria and thermally
controlled between 18°C and 20°C. At the end of the biological
processes, there is a pre-bottling refinement in oak barrels for
a minimum of 12 months and a post-bottle refinement in the
bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

Tasting and gastronomic notes: wine that presents itself to the eye with a bright and captivating color. Spicy, balsamic and floral nose. Elegant and balanced entry on the palate, all the sensations found on the nose return enriched by a finish that recalls morello cherry and nectarine. Elegant and important wine that goes well with hot or cold dishes that have the same intensity and delicacy. Particularly suitable for baked fish, white meats and all aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Consumption is recommended within 60 months of the harvest at 18°C in glasses with medium cup and closed cup.
Store in a cool place away from light.
